“ We have always wanted to try this restaurant because the parking lot would be full on our way to east Texas. So glad that we did it today on our way home from a softball tournament. The food was all freshly home made. The staff and service was great and friendly. Don’t just drive by, stop and eat you will be glad that you did. ”
“ Old fashioned, taste is of my childhood! Owner works everyday inside and outside of the place! I absolutely recommend and actually encourage a visit. Cost is half of other establishments without the kids serving you with attitude. ”
“ Very good diner food great southern local food, friendly staff they serve breakfast lunch dinner. Country fried steak, homemade biscuit and steak ”
“ Ate here for breakfast and it didn't disappoint! Had the breakfast burritos and they were so big and delicious! Home cooking and not very expensive! Whenever I come back through I will definitely be stopping back by! Highly recommend! ”
“ Think Cracker Barrell but better and cheaper! There are a lot of hotels near this place. If you are in one TRY THIS PLACE. I mean it's not gourmet but if you want good home cooking FAST with friendly service, try it. I had the special Chicken & Dumplings... they weren't my mommas but they were someone's mommas recipe. I didn't post my picture of my split pea soup because it didn't look appealing but that was the BEST SPLIT PEA SOUP IVE EVER HAD. it was also my only time I've ever had it but it was so good... even though it didn't look like it would be ”
“ You can always tell a great place to eat by the parking lot, and it stays full. I probably waited about 6- 10 minutes for a table. The waitress was excellent. The food was excellent. Highly recommend. Will go there again for brunch next time. ”
“ Celebrating 33 years! This place is like grandma's. Today's special, BBQ smoked sausage, mash pot, green beans and stewed squash with dinner roll and cornbread. Heavenly. Breakfast is off the chain. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. ”
“ We stopped by for the first time and will be back as often as possible! Our waitress was quick and nice, and she knew everyone’s name in the place. The food is very well priced. I got their big feast which comes with everything in the picture attached for 16.99. It took 2 to-go boxes to take all of my leftover food home. Everything was delicious, and their pancakes were the best that I’ve ever had. ”
